Sorry about that! Due to fluctuations in fabric availability, we aren’t always able to restock the same colorways as in previous drops. Please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on our Instagram for updates on when we update our inventory, just in case we bring your favorite color combination back!

Your Siwa quilt was handmade with love and care. To keep it soft and snuggly for as long as possible, please follow the instructions below.

For small stains, we recommend you hand wash or spot-clean your quilt. If you machine wash your quilt, choose a delicate setting and avoid using bleach. You can tumble dry your quilt on low heat or hang to dry. Do not iron or dry clean your Siwa quilt. Most importantly, please keep your Siwa quilt away from fire.
When not in use, we recommend you fold your Siwa quilt and store it in a pillowcase or cloth bag.

Due to their handmade nature, there may be slight variations in the size, color or pattern of the item you receive.

All orders ship in beautiful gift-ready boxes. If you are purchasing your order as a gift for someone else, please select the option on the product page and we will hand write your message on a gift note card for free.

Yes! We ship anywhere in the world via DHL.

Our processing time is between 1-3 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Once shipped, you can expect your order via DHL within 3–6 business days. If you have a question about the status of your already-shipped order, please reference the tracking number in your confirmation email and track your package via DHL.

If you still have additional questions which the tracking information does not answer, email us at info@shopsiwa.com. Please allow at least 24 hours to receive a response. We’re a small team, but we will respond as soon as we can!

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of items selected and destination. These rates are determined by DHL, and we have no control over the rate that you are charged. Please contact us if you would like to arrange your own delivery.

Some countries might be subject to customs and taxes upon delivery. Please check with your DHL express services in your country before you order.

Prices and delivery charges displayed on our website do not include any duties your home country may charge you upon receiving your products. If you do incur incremental duties, please note that these will not be borne by Siwa as they are charged by the government of your home country. Unfortunately we are unable to tell whether you will be charged or how much you will be charged.

Please Note: If you refuse to pay the cost of any customs/duty charges you may incur, you shall be 100% responsible for the extra charge to return the package back to Siwa in Ghana. In the event that the package is kept at DHL due to refusal to pay customs charges, we shall not be able to process a refund.

From the time your package leaves our hands until it is delivered to your address, all shipping liability lies with DHL Worldwide Express services in your country. Please contact the DHL Worldwide Express services in your country with any shipping related issues.

Returns & refunds

Unfortunately, due to concerns of hygiene and customer safety, we do not accept returns.
